VihuPlanet
A creative universe for children — a living world where drawings, stories, characters and ideas become part of an evolving world of their own.
VihuPlanet is home. It is a night sky a child can turn with their own hands, where every story somebody has chosen to share drifts as a small light, waiting to be discovered. Children don't just visit VihuPlanet — they live there: they are known by their own stars, they make stories in the Hall of Creation, they keep what they make in their Garden, and what they choose to share joins the Ether for other Travellers to find.
Everything in VihuPlanet begins from something real: a real drawing, real handwriting, a real voice, a real idea. VihuPlanet preserves what is real and makes it beautiful — it never replaces a child's work with something machine-made.
VihuStudio — the Hall of Creation
VihuStudio is the creative studio inside VihuPlanet where children turn their ideas into stories. Page by page, a child builds a story that is entirely their own — with pictures, words, characters, their own drawings from paper, their own handwriting, and their own voice reading it aloud.
Children visit the Studio; they live in VihuPlanet. The Studio is one place inside the universe — the place where the making happens — and a finished story always belongs to the child who made it.
Stories
A story is the heart of everything here. Children make stories in VihuStudio — some set inside crafted Story Worlds, some on pages entirely of their own invention. Finishing a story and sharing it are two different things: every child can always finish their story and take it with them, and sharing it with VihuPlanet is a choice a child makes for themselves, never something required of them.
A story that is shared joins the Ether, where other Travellers can discover and read it.
Books
A finished story can become a book — a real, keepable thing: a story book to open and turn the pages of, and keepsakes a family can hold onto. Every child who finishes a story receives their book, with nothing asked and nothing judged.
Characters
VihuPlanet has living company. Lumo the Guardian welcomes every new Traveller and guides their first steps. The Story Egg accompanies a child's making without ever speaking — it is company, not a teacher. And every Creator has a Story Companion of their own, bonded to them, who lives in their stories and quietly keeps visiting readers company.
And then there are the characters children make themselves — drawn on paper, brought into their stories, entirely theirs.
Story Worlds
Some stories are made inside a crafted world — a place with its own scenery, its own scenes and its own little experiences, ready for a child's story to happen in. A world gives a story somewhere to belong while leaving every important choice to the child making it.
And in VihuPlanet itself, worlds are grown, not manufactured: they emerge from a universe that already has stories in it, gathering around the stories children share.
My Garden
My Garden is where the things a child creates live — a growing collection inside VihuPlanet where their real work is captured and kept. Every new thing a child brings makes the Garden grow a little; nothing in it is counted, scored or compared.
My Drawings
Real drawings on real paper, captured and kept, ready to be placed into stories — the drawing stays the child's own, made beautiful, never replaced.
My Letters
The child's own handwritten letters, kept one by one — and together they become something wonderful: the child's very own handwriting, which their stories can be written in.
The Ether
The Ether is the living space of VihuPlanet. When a child chooses to share a story, it drifts into the Ether as a small light among the stars — a Story Spirit — waiting to be discovered. Come close, and the light becomes a story with a name and a maker; open it, and you can read it right there under the sky.
The Ether always holds the stories that belong to VihuPlanet itself together with every story its children have shared — so nobody ever arrives in an empty universe.
